We'll go over everything to get you ready for your first Enduro Race, including nutrition (before, during and after the race), race format and strategy, working on your mental game, and generally how to make your first race experience positive and rewarding. The series will finish with a mock race so participants can implement what they've learned in a fun and supportive environment.
