Flow are available for a 1/2 day of Mountain Bike Guiding at $395 (approx 4 hrs) for up to 5 people, or a full day of Mountain Bike Guiding at $595. We also offer semi private and private Mountain Bike Coaching. We're available for coaching and guiding in Canmore, Bragg Creek, Kananaskis Country and Calgary, Alberta. We're also available for special events and corporate engagements. This includes private guided day trips within Bragg Creek, Kananaskis, Canmore and Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our corporate engagements can also include mountain bike coaching. It's been a strange few years, so this could be a nice way to help connect your staff in person again for some team building and bonding time which is harder to do when you're working from home.
We have partnerships set up with local bike shops offering discounts on bike rentals. We also have great relationships with local restaurants in Canmore, Bragg Creek and Kananaskis who are able to cater lunches and snacks on guided rides for our special event bookings. And we have some great partnerships with local hotels offering our clients discounts on accommodation. Mountain biking is the new golf, so a guided tour in the Canadian Rockies could be a great way to make deeper connections with some of your best clients. Or make connections with those who you want to be your best clients and customers. 
Flow Mountain Bike Adventures are offering Multi Day Guided Mountain Bike Holidays to the Canadian Rockies from August 17th to 24th 2024. With riding in Canmore, Kananaskis Country, Bragg Creek and Crowsnest pass this is going to be an amazing adventure on two wheels! We'll also be staying at luxurious mountain accommodation, and will be treating ourselves to a visit to the world renowned Kananaskis Nordic Spa. And to the Yukon from July 13th to 20th 2024. With riding in Carcross and Whitehorse, this is going to be a trip of a lifetime! We'll be staying at the Boreale lodge, complete with outdoor hot tub and fire pit for some great post ride relaxation and socializing. One of our talented guides is also a yoga instructor, who will lead you through a yoga class on a daily basis. We have trips geared towards Strong Beginner/Intermediate, Intermediate and Advanced riders.
