Flow Mountain Bike Adventures have organized group mountain bike coaching programs in the Canadian Rockies since 2020, operating in Bragg Creek, Canmore, Kananaskis and Calgary Alberta, Canada. We have coaches available to work with Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Mountain Bikers. Our founder is currently recovering from an overuse injury and is taking the 2024 season off to fully heal. Flow will be back in operation for the 2025 season and will be transitioning the business to operate out of Squamish, British Columbia. Flow can help you tackle your mountain bike goals to improve your climbing, descending and cornering skills. Our itinerary also includes a stop at the world renowned Kananaskis Nordic Spa so we can relax in their hydrotherapy pools. We’ll be offering our Guided Ride Clubs in Squamish for the 2025 season, geared towards Beginner, Strong Beginner and Intermediate riders and we guarantee this will become your favorite day of the week to get out for a ride with people who ride at a similar skill level. Increasing the volume of your riding will help you become a better mountain biker, so be good to yourself and schedule in some ‘me time’ at least once a week in order to improve your riding and have some fun!
